Still nothing positive on the whereabouts of VB-104. However morale is picking up with our relief in sight.

Japs, escaping from Kolombangara, are arriving on Vella Lavella at the rate of about 50 per night, the CW reports. He asked for aid in guarding about 200 captives – the biggest number to date.
