One of yesterday’s hops was with Scott Glanz – a PPC check. He’s one damn fine pilot – gave me some excellent pointers, which I went out and practiced today. My former night landings were too damn fast – with the nose too low. He showed me how to bring it in on instruments at 70 to 75 RTS. Went out for two hours this morning and practiced them. Another two hours this afternoon on instruments, in which I am rather rusty.
