Took Gen’l Murray to Treasury and back via Munda, in the PB4Y. The General told the Admiral later he thought I was an excellent pilot. The Admiral told me this later, and I managed to completely nullify the whole effect by retorting, “He means I didn’t crash with him, sir.” About time I learned to keep my “big mouf” shut.
